Learn moreA framed portrait of your pet, you, or both — designed from photos you send us, then finished by hand by our design team before it is printed. We're AI generated and human finished: the first version is generated in seconds, then a designer works on it and keeps working on it until you're happy. That second half is the part most places skip.
Yes. We start from your exact photo, and you see the finished portrait before you pay. If it doesn't feel right, ask for changes — as many as it takes, we don't count them — or pick a different style. You only pay when you hit Order.
Framed portraits start at $87 for the 6×8, and the range depends on size and on who is in the portrait — a pet on their own costs less than a portrait with people in it. You'll see the exact price, including shipping, before you pay.
Cats and dogs. We'd rather be honest than say yes to everything — other animals aren't something we do well enough to sell. We also make portraits of people on their own, and of people with their car.
Yes, and how many depends on the style. Most hold two together, and no style holds more than that on the pet side. Each style's own page says what it can carry.
One clear face shot, looking towards the camera with both eyes visible, sharp and bright, filling most of the frame rather than the room. A body shot from the side or full length helps too, with the face still visible. Phone photos are completely fine — we check yours as soon as you upload and tell you straight away if it won't work.
As many as it takes. We don't count them. Every order pauses between the render and the print queue so a real person on our studio team can work on it, and nothing goes to press until you've approved it.
No. Every portrait comes framed and ready to hang. The frame is solid wood from responsibly sourced oak and ash, in three colors — oak, black and white — with a 20mm profile and shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass. It arrives ready to hang, with the hardware already fitted — there is nothing to assemble. The paper is 200gsm matte, smooth and uncoated, FSC-certified.
Four, each available in portrait or landscape at the same price: 6×8 for desks and shelves, 12×16 for any wall, 18×24 for a statement wall — our most popular — and 24×32 as an oversized centrepiece.
Roughly 4 to 8 days in total, and part of that is up to you: you approve the design, usually the same day; we print it, about 2 days; it travels to you, 2 to 4 days express or 4 to 6 standard. Portraits are printed close to you rather than shipped across the world, which is what keeps it this quick.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Ireland. You can ship to any address in those countries — the recipient gets the portrait only, with no invoice and no spoilers.
We'll reprint and resend it, free. Send us a photo of the problem within 90 days of delivery and we'll sort it. You don't need to mail the damaged one back. If we genuinely can't make it right, you get a full refund, including shipping.
Only long enough to produce and ship your order. We don't sell it, don't share it, and don't use it for anything beyond your order.
